1. Sponsor

The Scramblers Golf Charleston Free Year Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Scramblers Golf LLC ("Sponsor"), 557 Belle Station Blvd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. Questions: info@scramblersgolf.com or (843) 920-4477. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from all liability related to this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, managers, golf instructors and contractors of Sponsor and of any Scramblers Golf club, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Current Scramblers members may enter and win. A current member who wins receives their next twelve (12) months (Grand Prize) or next three (3) months (Runner-up Prize) of membership dues free. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on November 3, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock. Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Each is free.

Online form: Visit scramblersgolf.com/giveaway during the Entry Period and complete and submit the entry form with your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number and home club, and check the box agreeing to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) online entry per person. Additional online entries from the same person, email address or phone number will be disregarded.

Instagram: Using a public Instagram account, during the Entry Period, follow @scramblersgolfclub and comment on Sponsor's Charleston Free Year Giveaway post tagging two (2) friends. Each qualifying comment counts as one (1) entry, limit one (1) Instagram entry per person and per Instagram account. Tagged friends must be real people; fake, duplicate or business accounts do not qualify. Following and tagging are optional and are not required to enter by online form.

Each person may receive a maximum of two (2) entries: one (1) online entry and one (1) Instagram entry. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means, or that are incomplete, illegible or that otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules, are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize (1): Twelve (12) consecutive months of Scramblers Golf Club membership with 24/7 access to all five Charleston clubhouses: Long Point, North Mount Pleasant, James Island, John's Island and Charleston Tech. Approximate retail value (ARV): $2,148, based on twelve months at the highest current Charleston monthly rate of $179.

Runner-up Prizes (3): Three (3) consecutive months of Scramblers Golf Club membership with 24/7 access to all five Charleston clubhouses. ARV: $537 each, based on three months at the highest current Charleston monthly rate of $179.

Total ARV of all prizes: $3,759. Membership begins when the winner activates it, which must be no later than January 31, 2027, or the prize is forfeited. For a current member, the free months begin with their next billing period. Each membership is subject to Sponsor's standard membership agreement, liability waiver, club rules and the club manager's standard member onboarding. Any one-time initiation fee is waived for the prize membership. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value and may not be exchanged. No substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Any costs not expressly listed here are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On Sunday, November 15, 2026, Sponsor will select four (4) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period: first the Grand Prize winner, then the three (3) Runner-up Prize winners. Each person may win only one prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be contacted by phone, text message, email or Instagram direct message on or about November 16, 2026. A potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt and, if requested, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where lawful) Publicity Release within five (5) days. An Instagram entrant who wins must also provide their name, contact information and home club. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on their prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to any winner whose prize value is $600 or more, and that winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.

8. Texts, Emails and Privacy

Information you submit is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at scramblersgolf.com/privacy. By entering by online form you agree to receive texts and emails from Scramblers Golf about tours and membership. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Everyone who enters by online form will be invited to try the club.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, photograph and prize information in advertising and promotion, including on social media, without further compensation.

10. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and award prizes by random drawing from eligible entries received before that action.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, affiliates, employees and agents, and Instagram and Meta, from any claims, losses or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize, including participation in any prize-related activity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for technical, network or computer malfunctions.

12. Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
